1. Core principle
The extension reads available completed-practice information from GTO Wizard only after a user action and processes it locally. The developer does not operate a server that stores this study data.
2. Data processed
The extension processes only the data needed to provide its study features:
- Completed-practice information displayed in GTO Wizard Trainer, Practiced Hands, and Sessions.
- Questions entered by the user and recent conversation context.
- Locally calculated practice summaries, and explanations, drill suggestions, and study plans returned by ChatGPT.
- The prompt sent to ChatGPT and the new assistant answer displayed in the side panel.
3. When data is read
The extension reads supported information when the user updates data on a GTO Wizard practice page. Trainer also reads the current completed decision when the user submits a question. Questions about Practiced Hands or Sessions use previously saved data. It does not read GTO Wizard cookies, passwords, or authentication tokens.
4. Storage and retention
Practice data and preferences are stored in Chrome extension storage for the active Chrome profile. They are not stored on a developer-operated server.
- Up to 10,000 individual decisions and 2,000 session summaries may be retained. Older entries fall outside the saved set when a limit is exceeded.
- Up to 100 conversation messages are kept in Chrome session storage. Older messages are removed when the limit is exceeded.
- Saved study data remains until the user deletes it or uninstalls the extension. Conversation data remains until it is cleared, the Chrome session ends, or the extension is uninstalled.
5. ChatGPT processing
Only after the user accepts the disclosure, connects ChatGPT, and submits a question does the extension send the selected completed-practice context, the question, and up to six recent messages within a 20,000-character limit to the user's signed-in ChatGPT conversation. It reads only the resulting assistant answer for display in the side panel.
The extension does not read or store the ChatGPT password, cookies, or session token. OpenAI's applicable terms and privacy policy govern data submitted to ChatGPT and the resulting conversation history.
6. Third parties
Study data is sent to ChatGPT only when the user submits a question. It is not sold or used for advertising, behavioral targeting, credit decisions, lending, or data brokerage.
If the user opens a suggested Trainer link, the URL settings and normal HTTPS connection information are sent to GTO Wizard and are governed by GTO Wizard's terms and privacy policy. The extension does not read GTO Wizard cookies or credentials.
7. Chrome permissions
The extension uses permissions for the side panel, local storage, and supported GTO Wizard page reading. Optional ChatGPT access is requested only after the user chooses Connect ChatGPT. Packaged scripts run only to provide these visible features on GTO Wizard and the user-approved ChatGPT tab.
8. User controls
- Clear learning data removes saved decisions, session summaries, capture progress, and the extension’s conversation history. It also resets the data-use consent.
- Clear conversation removes the extension’s conversation messages. Neither deletion action deletes your conversations in ChatGPT; manage those in ChatGPT.
- Clear learning data does not remove your language preference or the optional ChatGPT site-access permission.
- Uninstalling the extension removes extension data managed by Chrome.
9. Chrome Web Store Limited Use
Use of information received from Chrome APIs follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. User data is used only to review completed poker study, suggest drills, and create study plans. It is not used for unauthorized transfers or unrelated purposes.
10. This website
This website does not use developer-operated analytics, advertising cookies, or an embedded contact form. The hosting provider may process technical information required for security and reliable delivery under its own policy.
11. Policy updates
This policy may be updated when the extension or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the extension.
12. Support
Support requests are submitted through the public Google Form linked below and are governed by Google's applicable policies. Do not include hand histories, passwords, or other sensitive information.
